Therefore, they have to be Zimbabwean resident and have a valid Ecocash account. We do not accept any responsibility for any details that are incorrect, including incorrectly specified Ecocash account details. You need to complete all details on this form and attach a proof of identity and address. Once you submit the details, the application will be processed and this will take up to 3 working days to complete. You will be informed via email. Please note that although you will be able to start a transaction to send money to this person, we will not start processing the transaction until the recipient details have been processed.
